Reporting a bug
Tell us your phone model and its iOS or Android version, the game's version (at the bottom of Settings > MORE), what you were doing and what happened. A screenshot or screen recording helps a lot.
Common questions
Will I lose my career if I delete the game?
Your career is saved on your phone. Deleting the game deletes the save, but your phone's own backup (iCloud Backup or Google backup) can bring it back when you restore the phone.
Does the game need the internet?
No. Everything works offline, with no account and no sign-in. If you chose to share anonymous usage data and game recordings, the game sends them the next time you are online.
How do I change what the game shares?
Settings > MORE > PRIVACY has two switches: Share anonymous usage data, and Share game recordings. The privacy policy explains what each includes.
Which controllers work?
Clamp-on USB-C controllers and Bluetooth gamepads that your phone recognises. Connect it, press any button, and the on-screen buttons show their letters.
Can I start a new career?
Yes. Delete your career in Settings to go back to the home screen, then start a new one.
